Konrad Kolosowski is born in Poland and entrepreneur with extensive experience in business development, investment sourcing and cross-border transactions.

As a native Polish speaker fluent in German and English, he serves as a key link between international investors and local market participants. His deep understanding of the Polish business environment, combined with a strong network of developers, property owners, advisors and institutional partners, allows him to identify and unlock attractive investment opportunities across the country.

At ZK , Konrad is responsible for local market relations, strategic partnerships and investor support, ensuring efficient communication and seamless transaction processes from initial contact to closing.
